FAQ

Do I have to book time or buy tickets online?

Online tickets are temporarily unavailable. However, tickets can still be purchased on-site. No reservations required. Tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase. Save money with a Fun Pass to all four Attractions! Fun Passes are valid for a year from date of purchase, meaning you can take your time to fully experience each Attraction!

Are expired tickets or discount coupons still valid?

Do you have a ticket or a discount coupon that expired during the corona closure? Don’t worry — your tickets and coupons are valid in 2022.

Where are you located?

Our Attractions are situated in two locations in the center of Copenhagen, on each end of the Strøget pedestrian street. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from one to the other — or only two Metro stops.

Guinness World Records and The Mystic Exploratorie are on Østergade 16 – Strøget pedestrian street by Kongens Nytorv.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! and Hans Christian Andersen Experience are on Rådhuspladsen 57 (City Hall Square)

Guinness World Records: It’s all officially amazing! At our museum you can meet the model with the world’s longest legs, compete with friends and family in a variety of interactive games, and experience records from around the world. All this – and much more – awaits you in Guinness World Records Museum!

The Mystic Exploratorie: Are you ready to experience the spooky, the eerie, the truly mystical? You never know what awaits you around the next corner in The Mystic Exploratorie! See paintings come to life in the dark corridors, swap faces with a friend, and experience what happens at the desolated graveyard at midnight. You’ll enjoy every delightfully chilling moment!

Ripley’s Believe It or Not!: Marvel your way through 12 galleries, more than 300 exhibits, and two floors of fun in our unbelievable Odditorium. With artifacts and interactives sure to amaze and delight, it’s an experience you won’t want to miss!

Hans Christian Andersen Experience: Step into the enchanted world of Hans Christian Andersen and snap a selfie with the world-famous Dane. Learn about his childhood in Odense and experience his most beloved fairytales come to life with light, scent, and sound effects!

How long does it take to tour?

Our self-guided Attractions allow guests to fully enjoy all we have to offer at their own pace. We recommend an hour, but you are welcome to stay as long as you like!

Is the museum wheelchair accessible?

Our Attractions are housed in old buildings with two floors and no lifts. Visits with wheelchairs are not recommended.

Can I bring a pushchair or large luggage?

Our Attractions are on two levels, and pushchairs are not recommended. Pushchairs and large luggage can be left in the lobby at owner’s risk.

Do you have discounts for groups?
